Making a cheese ball is so easy, that even a beginner can make one. Included here are the directions and recipes to make your own.

Cheese balls and logs are quick and easy to make and are a great item to take to a party. Any cheese ball recipe can be used to make a cheese log and any log recipe can be used to make a cheese ball. The only difference is the shape you make it.

Place the cheese ball or log in the center of a tray or plate and add some crackers and you are ready to add a wonderful addition to any party. These are good for snacks at home too.

I suggest hand beating your cheeses. One year I was in a hurry and used the mixer. The motor burnt out. I don't know if this was just a coincidence, but ever since I mix everything together by hand. If you bring the cheeses to room temperature, it makes the mixture easier to mix.
